Innovative Claims Service (ICS) provides timely document execution. We have established a Document Acquisition process that ensures the settlement documents are executed in a timely manner. This includes title and claim documents in exchange for the settlement check. ICS will ensure appropriate and complete documentation by:
- Verifying the integrity of the transaction
- Sending a licensed notary to deliver the settlement check (if applicable)
- Ensuring all required documents such as releases, powers of attorney, etc. are signed and notarized
